On 1st February 2007 the PPF was officially set up incorporating two already established departments: FMO,and Development Office.

The office is managed by an assistant Vice Chancellor, Dato’ Prof Madya Ir Hj. Mohd Salleh Hj. Mohd Noh who is responsible for coordinating the extensive activities carried out by the two departments.
