IDB will fund selected paper writers on a full board basis
plus the travel costs from the country of residence. Payment
will be made by IDB on a reimbursement basis. Only 15
paper writers will be selected to present their
papers. As funding for paper writers will be borne by
IDB, the selection of papers is stringent and will be
based on merit and contribution to the development of
the ummah.
