GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATION OF PAPERS

Please take note of these guidelines for preparing papers.

1. All papers must be sent on or before May 31, 2004 to

[Please send one hard copy and one 3.5” diskette (Microsoft Word). Label the diskette with name, title of paper and organisation or institution]

2. The paper should include:

§ Title of the paper on the front page

§ Name of the department or section of the presenter or presenters

§ Name of institution or organisation

§ Biodata of the writer or writers at the end of the paper (no more than 50 words)

§ Contact information: address, telephone, fax, e-mail

3. Format

§ Do not include page numbers

§ Type on A4 paper, font size 11point Times New Roman, single-spaced with no more than ten pages including references.

§ Use 10 point size font for text accompanying tables, maps and diagrams.

4. Copyright

§ Papers that have been published elsewhere cannot be accepted.

§ Papers may be published after the Conference providing the Faculty of Education is acknowledged as the original publisher.

5. The Faculty is not able to enter into any correspondence concerning the rejection of abstracts or requests for resubmission.

6. Each presentation should last for 20 minutes with 10 minutes for questions.
